PWR! Moves
Parkinson's Wellness Recovery, better know as PWR! Moves, is a high-amplitude, functional movements designed specifically for Parkinson’s to improve mobility and motor control.

Rock Steady Boxing
A non-contact boxing-based fitness program that improves agility, balance, strength, and coordination.

Golf Mobility
Emphasizes rotational movement, flexibility, and coordination to support golf-specific mobility and everyday movement as well as reduce overall rigidity.

Big Heart Strong
Builds overall strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health in a safe and motivating setting.

Gait Class
Focuses on walking mechanics, balance, posture, dual tasking, and strategies to improve safety and confidence with mobility.

Cardio Class
This cardio class elevates the heart rate through rhythmic, functional movements designed to improve balance, coordination, posture, and overall mobility for greater daily independence

Cognitive Class
Target attention, memory, problem-solving, and dual-tasking skills to support thinking and daily function.

Voice Group
Focus on vocal loudness, clarity, breath support, and confidence in communication.

Saturday Detention
Our longest and most intense class of them all. Saturday detention is an hour and a half blend of all of our classes for the people who cant make it to our weekday classes.
